doctor,nurse and pharmacists studying human biology, anatomy, pathology and also pharmacology, but why only pharmacist can dispense? —–Jawapan: Doctor & Nurse x belajar detail pasal pharmacolgy, itu sebab pharmacist lebih layak dispense.. Pharmacist & Nurse xbelajar detail pasal anatomy and pathology..that’s why doctor diagnose…. Nurse usually in d middle…

why some medicine taken after food and some before food?
- Jawapan: Because medication vary in many ways like the formulation, technology and purpose.. So, there is a reason why we administered medication varies.

and lastly, how dosage give to patient vary?
Jawapan: Setiap org berbeza lemak, status kesihatan diri dan tahap penolakkan terhadap sesuatu ubat..so, org yg ok boleh dapat dose yg biasa. Tp kalo ada masalah, doktor akan prescribe mengikut kesesuaian pesakit

Oo develop..mcm ni..pharmacist tidak dibenarkan untuk memberi ubat-ubatan oral kepada pesakit tanpa benar-benar faham dan pasti punca penyakit pesakit terbabit. tapi ada sesetengah ubat OTC (Over the counter) cth: ubat batuk, cream kulit dan supplemen dibenarkan. Jika ubat-ubat yang ‘more advance’ untuk penyakit kronik, pharmacist hanya dibenarkan untuk supply selepas mendapat prescription daripada doktor. itu sebab doctor n pharmacist kedua2 penting untuk menjamin kesihatan pesakit. Kebiasaan ubat OTC ini tidak mudah terjadinya side effects n jika terjadi pun langkah utama ialah berhenti daripada mengambil ubat terbabit. Pharmacist mempunyai limitation terhadap perkara ini walaupun ada sesetengah pharmacist yang arif tahu ubat apa dan kenapa perlu diambil oleh pesakit berbanding doktor. Itu adalah regulation n law yang pharmacist kena patuh walaupun sehebat manapun pharmacist tuh.. khidmat nasihat boleh le bagi..
