Saya juga menerima nasib yg sama dgn anda semua tapi disebabkan sy pki postpaid, so lambat la utk buat stop all tu... Utk SMS content tu sahaja berjumlah rm270... Belum masuk bill sy lagi.. Just Imagine dah 5 x call customer service sumanya x dpt buat report n tolong... Utk pengetahuan suma sy x pernah taip utk langgan apa2 pun n 6 SMS yg dihantar tu pun sy x Terima 1 pun... Letih dah dgn celcom ni... Hari ni nak pergi service center nya plak tak la apa lagi reason dia akan bg...</description>

Reply 1 (setelah send STOP ALL to 32611): &quot;RM0.00: You are not subscribed to any subscription service. For more info, please send Help to 32611.&quot; Kalau tak subscribe, then why the hell do they send the message in the first place for and charged ppl like us for nothing??

Shortly after that, i dpt this text message from the same no. i name it as Reply 2: &quot;RM0.00: Subscription service failed to be terminated due to system error. Pls try again later. Or call 03-80738383 for help from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM&quot;. Now this 2nd reply seem to contradict with reply 1

Then i text sms Help and send to the same no and here goes the reply 3: &quot;RM0.00: To cancel service, send STOP to 32611. To stop promotions, send OUT to 32611. Customer Service (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri): 03-80738383. Gen-X Technology Sdn Bhd&quot;

Upon receiving this msg, i oblige and text STOP then dapat this message..call it reply 4 &quot;RM0.00: Send STOP ALL or STOPservice code to 32611. Your active service are. Send OUT to stop r&#039;cvng mktg msg. Pls call 03-80738383 for help from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM&quot;. I don&#039;t know what kind of game, this ppl are playing at. Reply 3 above saying text STOP to cancel..then come to reply 4 kena ada backspace and bagi service code pulak. How am i suppose to know the service code is when i never even request or registered for any of their service b4?

Then last option, i try to call the hotline number given. Been trying in vain for the last 3 hours to dial that no but unfortunately the line is engaged 24 hours. I&#039;ve done checking on the company&#039;s name and here&#039;s the link that i found http://www.gen-x.com.my. I dah cuba call the office number yang ada kat web tu, line dia ada dial up tp takde orang angkat sampai ke sudah.

Getting fed up with this, i sent an email to Digi customer service (as i am a digi postpaid user), here&#039;s my msg: 
Dear Sir, Recently, i received an sms message containing the following 
text from 32611: &quot;&quot;RM8.00:Unlocking code is XXXXXX (6 digit 
no.). Thanks.&quot; I believe the transaction of RM8.00 is charged 
to my billing amount. Within the past 2 weeks or so, i&#039;ve been 
receiving the same message 3 times (RM8 x 3=RM24). As far i 
recalled, i never subscribe to any packages which allow any 
party to automatically charged anything to my account. Please 
take appropriate action to stop this immediately. TQ!

And this is what Digi CS reply to me:

Now this is the weird/strange one..whatever u wanna call it. According to digi, they cannot do anything since this is a &#039;request based service&#039; in response to request made from my mobile no. The funniest thing is i check juga la kuts2 ada tertekan or terhantar msg silap at my sent box everytime i recieve msg &#039;unlock code with the RM8 charges&#039; ni but mmg takde.

So what to do?? Can anyone advise? The way i look at it..we the consumers are victimised for nothing here and can&#039;t do anything about it. Just imagine in a month dpt 8-10 msg like this..tak saja kena RM80-100 tak pasal2. If this thing keep on going like this, i think i need to resort terminate my mobile line and change to other no. je la.</description>
